Radio station address myth solved.... ktac am Radio station was fully running and active at the tacoma mall office building on the top floor they had a purple colored van with the radio station logo on it advertising and news and interview's it was modern inthat time the 70s and 80s across the parking lot was ticket master located in the 3rd floor and bottom floor of the bonmarche retail store
