Channel 13 began as KMO TV, later becoming KTVW when sold to J. Elroy McCaw. 13 became KCPQ when purchased by the Clover Park School District. Channel 13 later became the property of Kelly Broadcasting of Sacramento and finally a FOX affiliate under the ownership of Tribune [Chicago]
