๐ŸŽผ๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถโœŒ SPURIOUS EMISSIONS โœŒ๐ŸŽผ๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถ Rumor: Sinclair might sell off the Seattle radio holdings, now that the Tribune deal blew up in their faces.
If Hubbard bought KOMO & KPLZ, the formats might remain as-is. KVI???
KVI fills a niche, giving the right-wingers more ammo/talking points. But there is also KTTH 770, doing much the same.

Entercom has formed their own nationwide Traffic/Weather & Information network.
What that will mean to the hundreds of stations in the Entercom group remains to be seen. There are apps on your phone that already do traffic, weather and information.

โ€˜Entercom Newsโ€™ does have a nice ring to it โ€“ as long as youโ€™re not one of the non-Entercom affiliates currently carrying CBS news. Iโ€™m still unclear on who gets proprietary ownership of the โ€˜CBSโ€™ brand, but I think Entercom IS required to change the name of CBS News
