There is no format change at “KISS FM” 106.1 KBKS & it’s back to business as usual.  At 3:59 the automated programming was replaced by a clock ticking.  At 4pm iHeart’s GM made the announcement, at first alluding to a format change.  However, this was a self-promoting segue into a contest promo open to listeners, to find a replacement for departed morning host Bender.  “KISS FM” listeners are offered money if their choice for host is hired. (yawn) back to my afternoon nap…
