KLAY Sold to Catholic Radio

We knew this was coming… (ALLACCESS.COM reports…) Clay Huntington Legacy L.L.C. is selling News-Talk KLAY-A and K297CA/Lakewood-Tacoma, WA to Sacred Heart Radio Inc. for $450,000 ($27,000 deposit, $123,000 cash at closing, $300,000 in a promissory note).
