KBRC Mt Vernon changes to Classic Rock

102.9 & 1430 KBRC Mt Vernon has dropped classic hits/oldies for classic rock.  They are also heavily promoting their carriage of high school, Mariners, Seahawks, Huskies & other play-by-play sports.  The station just recently signed on their new FM translator & mention this as their primary signal.
