My Dad, James Holcomb, worked as a disc jockey for radio station KFQW in 1928. He hosted a music program called "The Graveyard Watch". They sold membership cards of which I have one. My dad then went to work for Pacific Telephone and Telegraph in 1929. I was acquainted with a Russel Knierim who may be related to Carl Knierim.
