Most of the FM stations affected by the destruction at the the Master Antenna at the West Tiger-2 site due to fire, resumed operation using a temporary antenna at reduced power at the site as of yesterday. Resumption of HD transmission also resulted & listeners have observed that KJAQ and KZOK are back in HD, and their respective sub-channels have returned. 96.5 HD2 is Alt 96.5. 96.5 HD3 is a simulcast of sports talk KFNQ 1090. 102.5 HD2 is modern rock. So far, neither 94.1 KSWD “The Sound” nor 106.1 KBKS “KISS” have returned to HD. “KISS” will continue to transmit from West Tiger-1 while the new antenna is constructed for resumption of full service.
