For a few days now, the  recent KJR Golden Years blog post has been shared on facebook by readers of QZVX. Often, a few days after publishing, I will personally share one of my articles at facebook.  Today I shared the KJR post and it has received many comments, reactions and other people have found it interesting and shared it. Folks in the biz, or once in the biz, have commented along with former KJR listeners. A few comments or reactions that stood out include responses from longtime WA broadcaster Sparky Taft, and Jeff 50K Elliott (Greg Aust/Chuck McKay’s brother, who himself is a former major market jock). Then there is a comment I am posting here.  It’s from Pat O’Day, who was Mr. KJR in the Golden Years.  In the comment he is referring to a photo  I created, so I am posting that here so it all makes sense.  Some of the comments on these shared posts come in to QZVX, other times people leave their comments directly on facebook.
