FCC today granted minor technical changes to Grays Harbor Educational Media’s LPFM 105.1 KCFL-LP Aberdeen.  ERP is reduced from  .041 to .0078 kW, HAAT will increase from 47 to 103.8 meters above average terrain with a change in transmitter location.
