FCC today issued a CP to Sunnylands Broadcasting to relocate the translator for 60’s oldies 1460 KARR from Cougar Mountain to Capitol Hill & change city of license from Redmond to Seattle.  98.5 K253CG  will remain at 250 watts with omni-directional antenna
