Burl Barer, Restless Charmer and Media Gadabout

Just chatted with Burl Barer. He is recovering from heart surgery. A recent bout of pneumonia prevented Burl from attending this year’s OFC meeting. Burl is doing very well these days. Burl tells me, “I just had lunch with Sparky Taft in Mukilteo at Ivar’s. I’m in Seattle area till the 17th then going fishing at Loon Lake, Washington for a week before returning to L.A. to record more commentary for KILLER SIBLINGS’s, docudrama adaptation of “The Alaska Mail bomb Conspiracy”
