The FCC grants a license to cover to Northwest Indy Radio for a “94.5 Roxy” KRXY Shelton translator for Olympia.  K262CY  100.3 will run 250 watts & an omni-directional signal which should just barely cover Olympia & Tumwater with Roxy’s AC format
