FCC: Enumclaw FM translator changes hands

FCC approval came today for the sale & transfer of 106.5 K293AY Enumclaw from Spirit Communications to the Chehalis Valley Educational Foundation licensee of Christian 90.5 KACS Centralia/Chehalis.  The 10 watt translator will continue to rebroadcast KACS.
