The  KOMO-4 News website notes that Mary Nam has returned to the station after her successful mastectomy surgery resulting from her breast cancer diagnosis at the beginning of August.  On Friday afternoon she spoke with co-anchor Molly Shen on the 4pm newscast telling her very personal tale battling the disease.  Mary’s case is such a success story because the cancer was discovered early in her very first mammogram.  Welcome back Mary!
