The FCC today granted New Age Media Ltd a CP for changes to 1110 KRPA Oak Harbor.  However, the applicant once again has put a “hold” request in to the feds.  The changes involve the addition of one tower, an increase in daytime power from 500 watts to 9 kW and elimination of sunset sign-off with a new night authorization of 2.5 kW using different directional constraints.  Once again, it appears questionable as to whether this build-out will occur in spite of the issuance of a CP to proceed.
