The FCC has accepted an application from Jim Dalke for a minor engineering modification for oldies 1460 KARR Kirkland. The proposal will formalize the change in antenna location & output power level. The signal will continue to be transmitted from Kirkland near Mark Twain Park on 132nd Ave NE. Daytime output power will be 740 watts with a single, non-directional tower. Night power is 19 watts using the same single tower with different constraints.
