No Everett tv station. The local cable-tv system (cablevision) offered a local access channel. Probably cable channel 3.
Public Access television. Sometimes very boring, but occasionally something humorous would air.
I know Everett's cable provider had a station in 1969. I was invited to guest on that channel when I was at KURB. I don't know whether the channel had a number.
The bit about Stu Martin was not long before he left KTVW-13 Tacoma and showed up on the doorstep of Channel 3 Everett each Saturday evening.
