In second viewing...I did call him a legend in the headline. So there..I said it!
Well said Jay. I almost called him a legend, and agree he is, but I did not use the word for the very reason you state.
We oft-times pass the term "legend" around way too easily, but in the case of Bob Robertson it's well deserved. As a Coug, I missed his distinctive voice calling games when he retired. Excellence is his legacy.
