Kirby doesn't have the greatest on-air delivery, but he is very bright and well-informed. Also a teacher, former Republican Party State Chair, and--I really like this one--a former property appraiser.
Is KVI going to find a replacement for Kirby?

I liked him much more than Limbaugh, Michael Reagan, Medved, etc. There's an actual brain in his head.
