Feb. 17, 1944 – Feb. 24, 2021

Sherm ‘Man on the Move’ Meyer lost his battle with Parkinson’s with family by his side.

Sherm was born in Oklahoma City, Okla., to mom Polly and dad Sherm II and moved to Witchita, Kan., shortly thereafter. Sherm played football, ran track and swam at Wichita SE HS and attended the University of Washington.
He moved to Portland in 1967 and began a long career in radio, working on the news teams for stations like KXL, KOIN, and KCNR. He was a KISN Good Guy.
