iHeartMedia CHR “Hits 106.1” KBKS morning host Jubal Fresh is suing former employer Hubbbard Radio for wrongful termination. Fresh alleges that Hubbard sent him a letter in January 2020 stating that the company had grounds to terminate his employment for cause due to his “inappropriate, unprofessional, offensive, and insubordinate conduct” including posts he made on Facebook and YouTube.

After reading some of his online postings Hubbard may have had grounds for termination. I would imagine he had a contract with Hubbard stating conditions of employment. Cue the lawyers.
That said It seems Fresh was a bit beyond his freshness date……
