Kaila Lafferty – KING 5 NewsNow, a little over a year into her assignment at KING 5, Kaila Lafferty seems very adept and comfortable reporting the midday newscasts. Kaila learned journalism and media production at Ballard High School. She then went on to graduate from The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.
