December 1975 – Craig Hamilton was a handsome kid, great voice and charming personality. KUPY was his first gig out of broadcast school. An L.H. Bates Broadcasting alum dies in a strange manner. There had to be more to the story.

  • The news article is incorrect. It was never investigated. Cover up I should know, I’m his sister. I know the truth and lived with it my entire life. I’ve been on the Biz since college. He was my best friend

  • Jason...you got that right. Strangled by being entangled in his telephone cord? Sounds like some strangling cause they preferred to not disclose back in the day.

    • Craig Hamilton was a fellow student in the broadcast school, LH Bates Vocational-Technical in Tacoma. The circumstances surrounding his death made no sense.
