On a personal note, I believe Aaron and I share a James/Wright SC family connection. I tried emailing early last month with no result. Contact would confirm/deny.
The march to minority equality continues in the window-dressing that is local TV....fifteen percent of our population is now represented as being more like fifty percent on-air. And even more so, when viewing TV advertising.

Nothing else should matter, unless you have an agenda.
Skin color of the participants is paramount at most media outlets in today's environment. Especially KING5 who has a written policy to promote it. This is the reality whether or not you have an agenda.
True! Stations like KING 5 are making hiring by skin color a priority.
