    Gong Show Observer says:

They spent a lot of time transmitting noise, KXLY, KSHO, Distorted KGTK, KISW, dead air, Noisy KGHO, KNBR, CBU and whatever else skipped in on 920, 680, 690, 99.9 etc. Maybe they should collect payment from those parties. Now they seem to be KBRD on 101.1 and unidentified classic hits on 92.9. And all this is legal, right?

No TOH identification on 92.9 so far, that can’t be legal. They seem to be playing it fast and loose with FM translators.
