College radio stations are necessary as the training grounds are disappearing. KMIH, 88.9 Seattle is a high school station. We need those and more trade schools. Kids need to learn practical skills in plumbing, welding etc. Our 16 year old daughter is involved in DECA at her high school which concentrates on business skills. There is so much more that high schools should offer.
