September 5, 1969-- Top 40 KOL presents Shakespeare play. Times have certainly changed. You won't hear diverse programming like that on 95.7 KJEB or KRWM 106.9. Then again, Top 40 stations had 5-minutes of news each hour in 1969.
Grew up with Strerdickie articles. Frankly was one of the main reasons I got into broadcasting.
