After 40 years in broadcasting, Olympia’s Mixx FM personality, Ann D’Angelo, hangs up her headphones later this month. In just two weeks, D’Angelo will cut back her work schedule to just her duties as Event Manager for the Tacoma Yacht Club. Her radio career started and ended right here in the Seattle-South Sound region. D’Angelo, News Director for Mixx 96.1 KXXO, has been with the station for 25 years.

Congratulations Ann!!! You were fantastic when I worked with you at KTAC. I believe it was Chuck Bolland in the mornings and you in the afternoon’s.
