Yeah I tend to agree with the assessments here. When KTTH had Shapiro producing shows locally several years back... it was a great listen. Hearing him go off on the Seattle City Council and Sawant was great. Boze was a solid morning guy too - although he lacked Shapiro's intellect, he did a great job of connecting with the audience and his show was very entertaining.
Rantz is just insufferable. I was never a Todd Herman fan either. Both can barely put together a coherent thought.
Rantz is a Tucker Carlson wannabe on a station that has lower ratings than the Seattle police scanner. Nobody cares about what he says. Irrelevant. Always has been.
That's a perfect studio for all KTTH hosts, because the mics don't have cables connecting them to anything.
AI has a ways to go before it is perfected. I think this will happen in leaps and bounds. Maybe AI will serve the AM radio with AI news and chat in the future.
