Radio ratings are in for May in Seattle and KZOK remains atop tune deck (slight decline) with KUOW jumping a spot to #2, staying flat. The WOLF is third, but dropped some. KIRO-FM did some bouncing back. Despite the hot Mariners, KIRO AM fell.

KZOK was far superior in listener experience when CBS Radio still owned it. Local air staff, actually live on air, could call and speak to someone and make a song request, Think Pink, Lunch with LED, Gary Crows P60 show, Slaton and B-fast with the Beatles, Vanderpool, and the rest of the gang and better music selection with a more 70s rock lean. Also, the imaging and humorous liners with Beau Roberts were better than what they currently have. This station is ok, but a shell of its former self. Miss the old Carey C programmed KZOK. This one sounds generic and we don’t need to hear about the iHeart Radio app every break.
