KIRO adds sports talent from Canada

After cleaning house of any sports anchors/reporters/producers, KIRO 7 welcomed Eric Thomas to cover Seahawks results after this season’s first game today. Thomas comes to KIRO tv from Rogers Media/Canada. Thomas was a sports anchor for Rogers Sports & Media from 2015 until March of 2023. Prior to this, he was sports anchor for CTV News Montreal, and a host/reporter for TSN radio 690/Montreal.

    Fred Dowell says:

Saturday night he was doing the Kiro 7 News and you can tell he’s not from this area he was covering story that was in Anacortes

    He pronounced it
    Anacor tez

    Not Anacor tes

Well so much for my theory of Ian Furness being the one to do the sportscasters for the games and then they had somebody named Jake Chapman who over the hell that is. He was at Lumen field

Now we have two TV stations in a major Marketplace that can’t cover Sports worth s*** Channel 4 being the other one I remember last week when the Mariners won a game and they never mentioned it all they did was the video of the infamous hot dogs from heaven

Oh yeah and Eric Thomas your suit doesn’t fit you either need to get it let out or lose some weight
