“SEATTLE, I’M HOME I’m grateful to join @komo4 as a meteorologist/reporter. I’m sooo excited to forecast the weather and tell stories in the community I grew up in. It’s been my goal since junior high to become a TV news broadcaster in Seattle. After moving to Missoula, MT Albuquerque, NM Phoenix, AZ to chase my dreams, it feels surreal to come home and work for a news station I watched as a kid. Now my family and friends can watch me on the morning news doing what I love.

I emailed Jason about this person this morning and your post wasn’t up here so what’s the latest scoop is Theron going back to being a reporter or what that now means that KOMO including Theron has five weather people unless they’ve moved him off doing the weather
At least we don’t have Brian Calvert doing the weather anymore

KOMO has 5 forecasters and Theron Zahn is supposedly to return to weekend anchor but can also be called upon to do the weather if needed. Stella Sun was a weather forecaster and a reporter in Phoenix prior to coming to KOMO. So, though there is a boatload of weather folks at KOMO, when someone takes a couple days off, temporary change-ups will occur. I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Brian Calvert.

I liked Theron Zahn on the weekend weather. He was back there two weekends ago and this last weekend Stella Sun was there and my husband and I were wondering what the heck is going on with KOMO 4 and their weather personnel.
We would rather have Theron back on weekends.

NOTHING will EVER be the same with the new owners of KOMO. At least with LOCAL Fisher Blend Mills and their Broadcasting outlet, you could COUNT on STABLE employment and regular air people. Now it’s just ONE BIG DAMN MESS, like a revolving door. Too many BEAN COUNTERS!
