Bomb Cyclone or Puffy Breeze?

It’s coming…
I like Charlie Harger’s column from MyNorthwest/KIRO FM. Harger is News Director, MyNorthwest.com and KIRO Newsradio.
“There’s a big honkin’ cyclone, the equivalent of a Category 1 hurricane, spinning off our coast. We’re expecting a strong windstorm to hit parts of Western Washington later Tuesday afternoon. At least, that’s the forecast. But we can’t rule out the possibility that the storm may not be as powerful as predicted.”
In this, Harger asks that we cut Northwest meteorologists some slack if this storm does not come off as predicted. This better be the apocalypse — or the people of the Puget Sound region will ridicule the mets.
Harger: Cut some slack for Seattle weather forecasters

The weather must be affecting KING 5s transmitter. Every anchor or reporter’s microphone has static coming through. It’s unlistenable.
