That was the extent of newspaper coverage of the radio station — In the meantime, owner Clay Huntington, sportscaster, was broadcasting sports on KMO, KTNT TV, KTVW TV and Seattle stations at times. Huntington was also leading the committee that brought Pacific Coast League baseball and Cheney Stadium to Tacoma.
