      1. Seems like the owner, if going bust, would try to find a bargain basement buyer vs shutting down. I am glad I sold KBFW in 1998 when buyers were paying good money for radio stations. I cannot believe how cheaply most stations, even FM, have been going for in recent years.

        1. I wondered about some of those bargain basement prices. Reality is the losses would continue after the sale. These days it is like throwing good money after bad. Still, wouldn’t K-Love snap up an AM-FM combo in the Pueblo-Colorado City area?
