Briana Whitney, True Crime correspondent for KTVK3/KPHO5 posted: “Our station lost one of the most iconic photographers of all time, Jim Fry 💔

He was gruff and rough and tumble on the outside but had a softy heart in the inside. His career was iconic – first at breaking news scenes always but last pic is when he was assigned a story of a lost wallaby and found it while shooting 😆

Our chief photographer Serjio and I would visit him at home after cancer sidelined him from working. He would always say “I miss you guys and wish I was back at work.” Fry forever 🤍🕊️
