Watching KIRO 7 news — some anchors are just too comfortable. I wouldn’t put it past one of them going on set wearing pajamas. Specifically, Monique Ming Laven. Reminds me of Auntie Kay stopping by with a casserole. Hair askew, showing her age.
I remember when Monique would show up on the scene of a shooting or stabbing and took great care getting her makeup just right while reporters from other stations were on the air, breaking the story first.
    I saw that happen.
Maybe the problem is the new smart tv, LED 4k HD, pimple zoom…
We viewers complain too much, I think.
Elle Thomas looking sharp, but there is an age difference between her and Monique. Eric Thomas (not related) doing great reporting from the streets of Tacoma – in the rain.
Morgan Palmer sharply dressed, hair perfect. Gary Horcher – ace anchor, one of the best!
Also reporting from Tukwila, the very HOT Gwen Baumgardner. Good stuff from KIRO 7 overall.

Do anchors overreact when telling “stories”? Or as we used to say, “reporting the news”. i saw some of that on KIRO 7. I think viewers are turned off by that.
