Tough times for those being pushed out of a job. Face it, the majority of people are slaves, working for dollars, bowing to the masters who hold the purse and the whip. There is little concern for the well-being of those getting the boot. Luckily, there are plenty of jobs, even if it means a change of careers. For some, life just gets better after a lay-off.
