Episode #154 of “Jazz Today”, hosted by Bill Coben on KOMO, Seattle and broadcast 4/16/1959. This episode highlights “The Playboy Jazz Allstars, Vol. 2”, a double LP compiled of new releases from the winners of the 1958 Playboy Jazz Poll. This tape was recorded directly from the mixing console at 7.5ips, in full-track mono, and transferred to digital using a TEAC A6300 quarter track stereo deck.
