Jack Williams, the longtime news anchor at WBZ-TV in Boston, worked in Seattle early in his career. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 1968, he began his television journalism career at KIRO-TV, where he anchored the 11:00 p.m. news. He stayed there briefly before moving to KORK-TV in Las Vegas as an anchor and news director, and then joined WBZ-TV in Boston in 1975, where he anchored for 40 years until his retirement in 2015.
