*** On this Sunday afternoon in 1970, I had called KTNT radio, asking to sit-in and watch the announcer that evening. As Mutual and KTNT were premiering a radio drama, I had a chance to chat and learn from Bruce Vanderhoof who was basically just board-op during this presentation. A major radio personality back in the day, Vanderhoof was friendly and patient with this 14 year old kid. As I recall, there was loss of network feed for about two minutes during the broadcast. During the visit, Eddie Haskins was playing gospel music on the FM side, prior to the simulcast of the radio drama.
