Spokane’s “KISS 98.1” KISC flips to Christmas today

This afternoon at 3pm, iHeart Media’s CHR station in Spokane, “KISS 98.1” KISC-FM makes the switch to Christmas music.  This will be the 30th year the station has done the format flip to all-Christmas music.
