January 31, 1964 – KOL morning man, Jerry Holzinger has invited mayoral candidates to be on his show tomorrow morning. Thus far, John Cherberg, Tim McCullough, Irving Clark and, hold on to your sombrero, Buck Ritchey, have accepted his invitation.

Television’s huge star, Jackie Gleason, has talked CBS into moving his show to Miami.Gleason is tired of the New York winters and wants to get in some winter golf.
