A former reporter, weekend anchor, and one of the original morning anchors at KIFI tv in Idaho Falls returns to that station, months after the departure of Todd Kunz, who left in February. Doug Long is back and is now the evening anchor alongside Linda Larsen and meteorologist Michael Coats, weeknights. Coats joined the station in 1994 before helping launch the morning newscasts in 1997.

Adrian DeBee tells us that once KBRD begins simulcasting on 920 AM, the music will be available 24 hours via terrestrial radio. DeBee states, “The internet feed is already 24 hours but 78s belong on AM.”
