The FCC today canceled the license for 1490 KFKB Forks. The station has been silent for over a year due to loss of it’s transmission site. Owner Forks Broadcasting responded to the commission that it’s license expired & was not interested in pursuing renewal. Yet another AM station that couldn’t survive, Forks Broadcasting continues to operate 96.7 KBDB as that city’s only outlet
