FCC: Ephrata translator CP changes hands

The FCC today granted a change in ownership of the under-construction CP for 95.5 K238CH  Ephrata from Bustos Media Holdings LLC to Centro Familiar Cristiano.  There were unspecified conditions attached to the transfer of the 250 watt FM translator that will rebroadcast the Spanish religious programming of 730 KULE.  The new translator will provide coverage to Ephrata & Quincy.
