Skagit Valley College has turned in the license for 91.9 KSJU-FM Friday Harbor, an unbuilt CP that was supposed to rebroadcast the programming of  variety/community 91.7 KSVR Mt Vernon.  91.9 was an impractical choice for a frequency with 100 kW  CBU-FM-1 Salt Spring Island BC in close proximity.
