FCC: Shutdown tomorrow

Due to the continued partial lapse in federal government funding, the Commission will suspend most operations in the middle of the day on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Partial operations affecting security will continue. Does this mean we are about to be invaded by pirate radio broadcasters, AM “daytimers” running 24/7 or LPFM’s cranking up the power??
