FCC: Yakima LPTVs change hands

The FCC okays a change of ownership of Yakima LPTV signals K19JX-D channel 19 & K20LQ-D channel 20 from Christian Broadcasting of Yakima to Rafael Fernandez.  Channel 19 operates with 15 kW & channel 20 with 1.2 kW covering different parts of the city with omni-directional signals
